This is my first time to use their Taobao Zhuanyun services due to my Chinese friend’s recommendation. We use their “by sea” zhuanyun service, excellent speed and service. Especially their “fixed for me” service I have to mention. Their fixed my kids bookshelf for us when the goods arrived their Singapore warehouse, and then send to me in a very good condition. I have to say I never get such good courier experiences before, well done
